What files do you accept?+
WAV, AIFF, FLAC and MP3 stereo mixes up to 500 MB and 15 minutes. MP3s are accepted with a lossy-source warning — a WAV or AIFF will always sound better.
How loud will my master be?+
The level is built into the preset. Balanced and Warm render around -10 LUFS, while Club pushes louder at around -8.5 LUFS.
What if my mix isn't ready?+
Our readiness check surfaces clipping, severe limiting, bass-width problems and brightness issues before you pay. If your source isn't suitable, we'll route you to mix, AI finishing or full production instead.
Can I change my mind after paying?+
Yes — every paid single master includes one free rerender to a different preset inside 7 days. Verification failures and failed renders are automatic refunds or credits.
Do you use my audio to train AI?+
No. Uploaded audio is never used to train models unless you explicitly opt in. Guest uploads are deleted after 72 hours, paid masters retained per your plan.
What if the master doesn't pass verification?+
We never mark a paid output complete until it passes checks for LUFS, true peak, duration, channels, decode and checksum. If it fails, you get a rerender or a refund — you don't see the bad output.
Do you offer human mastering or album modes?+
Reference mastering and album consistency are on the v1.1 roadmap. Today we offer fast, automated single-track mastering with guardrails; high-touch projects route into our mix-and-master or full production services.
How long until I have my files?+
Most previews are ready inside 60 seconds; final masters inside five minutes for common track lengths. Longer tracks or unusual sample rates may take longer and will always show a live progress state.
