Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly (name, email, payment details handled by Stripe, brief content, audio uploads) and technical data needed to run the service (upload logs, job metadata, browser user agent, approximate location derived from IP).

To deliver the service you paid for, to send order and support messages, to operate and improve the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your data. We don’t use your audio to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

Guest uploads are deleted 72 hours after upload unless converted to an account or a paid flow.

Free previews are retained for 7 days.

Paid masters (single) — 30 days redownload window. Creator Pack — 90 days. Pro / Label — 365 days.

Analysis artifacts are retained for 30 days after the source is deleted, unless a user deletion request requires earlier removal.

Logs are retained per our observability policy with sensitive fields redacted.

Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. Transactional email is sent through a standard email provider. Storage and compute run on major cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest.

You can request export or deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing aden@echoforte.com. Deletion requests are completed within a defined policy window — typically 30 days and no more than 90 days — except where retained for legal or accounting reasons.

If you believe content uploaded to Echo Forte infringes your rights, email aden@echoforte.com with the track details, your claim of right, and contact details. We action legitimate takedown requests promptly and record repeat-infringer activity in our internal systems.
